Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey is a delicate blend of both double and triple distilled Irish malt and is truly a unique elixir.
Finished in selected Cognac Casks that have been shipped from Maison Camus in France to the shores of Lambay Island.
Here the casks rest, exposed to notes of iodine, seaweed and salt via the maritime winds and sea spray. By allowing these subtle elements to influence the casks, each batch brings out a new new taste profile and a well-balanced finish.
Before bottling, the island’s own Trinity Well water is added in the final flourish, to deliver this delicious, elegant Irish whiskey.
